Building a Dream Cellar from Scratch: Collectors know that when it comes to wine, sometimes it can pay to be patient. Longtime wine lover Christian Nellemann took that lesson to heart; though he has been collecting bottles for decades, he waited to build a cellar until a move to a new home made his dream possible. His favorite feature in the cellar: the pullout shelving. “The fact that I can see every label is brilliant. And the lazy Susans are a stroke of genius,” he says of the two rotating shelving systems situated in the back corners of the cellar.
