With boxes stacked to the ceiling and no easy way to find the bottle they were looking for, Fred Cook, CEO of Cole Kepro, and his wife Elaine decided it was time to create a wine cellar for their treasure trove of wines. The problem was that the only room that provided an option for the space was where the utilities and equipment were housed. The Revel team’s solution was to build a “room within a room” leaving a 3-foot corridor around the perimeter of the cellar to house the utilities.
